**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

**Financial Management**:

- Work in tandem with the finance team to manage the company's financial operations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Use financial data to make informed decisions and improve profitability.
- Keep track of all expenses that the company makes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
