We are looking for **Architect - REVIT **to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins office in **Bangalore, India.**

**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Good understanding of drawing information & approved documents.
- Ability to execute instructions and mark-ups under mínimal supervision.
- Ability to incorporate information from drawings of other disciplines.

**What we are looking for?**

**PROJECT TOOLS**:

- ** Revit
- 3D** coordinated model ensuring consistency across all drawings and views. Building the model as a build-up of components using components from a library, and the intelligence associated with these components. The parametric nature of the components in the model. Organizing views in sheets, and using view templates. Publishing and colouring drawings. 2D Detailing. Using work sets. Creating automated schedules and Legends.
- ** Auto Cad**:

- Good in basic 2D commands and awareness of 3D commands, creating and use of Layers, Line types, Line weights, Competently uses Atkins CAD Standards & using Xrefs. Competent in using Model Space, Paper Space, Printing, Publishing and etransmits. Competent of using UCS, Dimensioning, Annotation Competent of using Blocks, Attributes and Dynamic Blocks.
- ** Sketch up, 3D Studio, Photoshop, MS office, NBS writer, MS Project-** Develops knowledge of one or more of these packages.
- ** General presentation**: Capable of producing clear, accurate images and drawings

**ELEMENTS**:
Good knowledge of different building elements and finishes. Appreciates the needs of service requirements within the frame work of the construction. Basic awareness of the sequence of construction process. Develops clear defined awareness of the sequence of construction process. Continues to develop knowledge of drawn information through the progression of project work. Relating to CI / SFB priority training list.

**MATERIALS**:
Has good knowledge of range of materials and their varied usages in construction. Takes initiative to carry out research on the materials and is enthusiastic to learn and explore the materials under mínimal supervision of seniors. Continues to develop knowledge of materials through progression of project work.

**DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS KNOWLEDGE**:
Knowledge of RIBA Stages of Work and obligations of a Chartered Architect under COA/ARB/RIBA. Knowledge of inter disciplinary co-ordination.

Good understanding of the planning submission requirements. Ability to assist seniors in production of the required documents and drawings. Ability to locate the source and the information and carry out additional research as instructed.

Be able to refer and understand the applicable Planning policy guidelines. Ability to carry out research work under mínimal supervision.

Be able to refer and understand the applicable approved document. Ability to carry out research work under mínimal supervision.

Knowledge of various applicable design guides by sector, i.e. Building Bulletins for Education Projects.

**SECTOR SPECIFIC DOCUMENTS**:
Awareness of applicable Building Bulletins which influences design. Ability to locate the source of information.

Aware of the standards and ability to analyse and understand the document. Assist seniors for compliance.

Aware of concepts of the BREEAM and LEED
