**Job Description: Staff Nurse (Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi)**

**Position**: Staff Nurse
**Location**: Mumbai
**Salary**: Up to 5 LPA
**Experience**: 2 to 3 Years in the Nursing Field
**Qualification**: B.Sc. Nursing (Graduate)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**: Provide nursing care to patients based on their individual needs and medical conditions, ensuring a high standard of care at all times.
- **Assessments & Monitoring**: Perform regular patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues in Hindi, English, and Marathi to ensure clarity and understanding. Provide information and updates regarding patient conditions and care plans.
- **Collaborative Care**: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies, ensuring that patients receive immediate care.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and families on health management, post-operative care, and preventive healthcare.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Ensure a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff by adhering to all hospital hygiene and safety protocols.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in the nursing field, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base and team members.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- Valid Nursing Council registration.
