The role typically involves supervising the children, attending to their basic needs, ensuring their safety, and engaging them in fun and educational activities. The babysitter may also handle light housekeeping tasks related to the care of the children.
- **Supervision**:

- Monitor and ensure the safety of the children at all times.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- **Basic Childcare**:

- Feed, bathe, and change diapers or assist older children with using the bathroom.
- Prepare snacks and meals as per instructions from parents.
- Help with bedtime routines, including reading, calming activities, and putting children to sleep.
- **Engagement**:

- Plan and engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, reading, outdoor play, etc.).
- Encourage positive behavior and emotional development.
- Assist with homework or schoolwork, if necessary.
- **Communication**:

- Keep parents updated on any important developments, behavior, or concerns.
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately.
- Follow instructions given by parents regarding routines, activities, and discipline.
- **Light Housekeeping (if agreed)**:

- Tidy up children’s play areas, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Clean up after meals and activities.
- Handle children’s laundry or perform other light housekeeping duties related to the care of the children.

**Qualifications**:

- **Age**: Must be at least 18 years old
- **Experience**: Previous experience working with children is preferred but not always required.
- **Skills**:

- Patience, reliability, and good communication.
- Ability to engage with children of different ages.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- **Availability**: Flexible hours depending on parents’ needs (may include evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight stays).

**Working Conditions**:

- Babysitters typically work in the family’s home and may need to adjust to different household rules and routines.
- The position may require light physical activities such as playing with children, picking them up, or handling basic household tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
