5. Should be able to create documentation as variousstages: Design Document (business blueprint), Functional Specification,Configuration Document, Test Scripts & Test Results, Training document,Standard Operating Procedure as applicable.

6. Should be able to build test script for unittesting, integration testing and user acceptance testing.

7. Should be able to test and record the test resultsfor various stage of testing like Unit testing, Integration testing, Volumetesting, User Acceptance Testing

8. Should be able to coach and mentor team members.
