The Gynecology OPD/IPD Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the Gynecology Outpatient and Inpatient Departments. The role involves assisting doctors during consultations, procedures, and deliveries, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.

**Key Responsibilities:Patient Care & Clinical Duties**:

- Assist gynecologists and obstetricians during patient consultations, minor procedures, and examinations.
- Monitor vital signs, maintain patient charts, and report any abnormalities promptly.
- Provide pre
- and post-procedure nursing care to patients in OPD and IPD settings.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids under physician supervision.
- Support patients during antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological care.
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards in all nursing activities.
- Provide patient education on reproductive health, hygiene, and post-discharge care.

**Documentation & Coordination**:

- Accurately record patient histories, nursing notes, and treatment updates.
- Maintain and update patient case sheets, medication records, and reports.
- Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments for patient investigations and reports.
- Ensure proper handover of patients between shifts.

**Emergency & IPD Support**:

- Respond promptly to obstetric or gynecological emergencies.
- Prepare patients for delivery, surgery, or procedures and assist as required.
- Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Monitor post-operative and post-delivery patients for recovery and complications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
