**Role and Responsibilities: (Day-to-Day Activities)**
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives to effectively promote and sell company medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Proactively schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals through a combination of cold calling and pre-arranged appointments, ensuring optimal opportunities to present and showcase company medications
- Deliver impactful and engaging presentations to diverse healthcare audiences, including doctors, practice staff, nurses, and pharmacists, across a range of settings such as GP surgeries, hospitals, and retail sectors.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of company medications, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with customers to foster repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Conduct research on competitor medications and their market performances to stay informed and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential customers and Follow up on leads generated by the company and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on new developments in the medical field and analyze their impact on the company's business strategies.
- Attend company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings.
- Organize conferences and events for medical staff. Maintain detailed records of contacts and sales activities.
- Foster positive working relationships with medical professionals and provide support to administrative staff.
- Collaborate with the area sales team or manager to plan work schedules, targets and implement brand strategies that align with marketing objectives.
- Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Work efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring and adjusting business plans as needed.
- Must have completed Bachelors in Pharma or Masters in Pharma or MBA Marketing
- Proven 1+Year Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales

- Should have Interest in Pharma Sales - Marketing and Continuously learn and update product knowledge, industry trends, and selling skills.
- Professionalism, with excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality work by effectively presenting and discussing clinical data with healthcare professionals.
- Analysing information, decision-making, listening skills and Strong negotiation skills
- Strong relationships building skills with Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, software programs used for documentation and report generation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
