**Production Supervisor (API Pharma Industry Exp only)**
- Responsible for carrying out production operations as per the
- instructions and plannings
- Should have experience in handling various chemical reaction speciallyBromination, hydrogenation, reduction, distillation, etc.
- Manage within labor and operating expense budget
- Coordinate material packaging ensuring safety, quality and productivity
- while minimizing waste
- Meet the productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and
- morale goals established for the site
- Complete and update all necessary production paperwork and record
- Make recommendations for long term solutions, including
- recommendations for replacing equipment, refurbishing equipment,
- procedural changes, productivity improvement, material change, etc.,
- related to the area of accountability.
- Responsible for Staff training, Shift management evaluation and
- development of team members
- Supervision of all production activities on floor of manufacturing plant
- Coordination with dispatch & logistics depts.
- Manage and facilitate employee and management relationship within
- the guidelines of the labor contract and company policy
- Sampling of in process, intermediates, finished products
- Responsible for Vendor Management
- Ensuring safety while carrying out the production activities
- Good knowledge & experience of cGMP

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant knowledge of Production in Pharma Company
- Teamwork & Interpersonal skills

**EXPERIENCE**
- **01 Years to 02 Years experience in API PHARMA COMPANY**:

- Experience of working in Chemical Plant or Bulk Drug Plant.
- Should have knowledge & experience in handling various equipment & chemical reaction specially Bromination, hydrogenation, reduction, distillation, etc.
- Should have knowledge & experience in handling independently shift to achieve production.

Education:

- BSC / MSC (Chemistry)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
