**JOB DESCRIPTION OF JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to ideate and execute digital and print designs for our organizational needs. The Designer's responsibilities include talking to business stakeholder to understand creative requirements, generating creative ideas, designing the creatives and videos, refining projects and drafts, and will be responsible for the overall design team’s quality of design output

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics for videos, web and print right from conception to delivery
- Working with the marketing and other business teams to visualise the brand’s story as a set of creatives
- Responsible for creating and preserving the visual language of the brand and the brand identity guidelines
- Coordinating with vendors to meet deadlines and other requirements
- Reviewing drafts of our other team members to ensure quality
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing and business projects
- responsible for creating and aligning with the brand’s creative guidelines
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and continuous up-skilling of self and team
- Storyboarding and creation of video content is a good to have skill

**Required Qualification**
- A Graphic Design qualification and of minimum work experience of 1 year as a Graphic Designer with experience preferably in some or all of these:
o Logo Design

o Branding

o Information and communication design

o Typography understanding

o Layouts and space design

o Packaging design

o UI/UX design

o Video storyboarding and creation
- Portfolio with design projects
- Working experience with image design tools and video making tools like Adobe creative suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, CorelDraw, Office 365, Adobe After Effects
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Aesthetic skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
