Equity Dealer

We are hiring for Equity dealer & Sales Relationship Manager ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES (Dealer) - Managing Retail clients and generating revenue - Knowledge of executing trades on various trading platforms - Trade execution on Algo - Provide stock & sector specific updates to clients - Strong knowledge of financial products - Equities & Derivatives - Trading in Nifty & Stock Options strategies and understand charting - Reviews orders to ensure accuracy and keep proper records - Client Servicing - Offline dealing services, Ledger work, Back Office queries and Customer Service - Sales - Acquiring new clients and maintaining a customer centric approach - Ensure confidentiality and trade secrecy **Roles and Responsibilities (Sales)** - Acquire 4-5 new HNI/UHNI/PCG clients monthly from the job city and surrounding areas. - Manage client portfolios actively, ensuring regular trading and revenue growth. - Sell equity and related products; cross-sell financial services to boost branch profitability. - Build and grow the MTF book consistently. - Activate trading accounts and support new market entrants. - Track daily client activity and resolve queries within TAT. - Conduct regular client meetings to strengthen relationships and reactivate dormant accounts. - Ensure full compliance with risk and regulatory guidelines. - Promote investment ideas and stock calls for maximum client engagement. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
