**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Coordinate and manage construction activities according to priorities and plans.
- **Supervision**: Direct and supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect work progress and ensure construction meets quality standards and specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- **Communication**: Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on progress, address concerns, and resolve issues.
- **Resource Management**: Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve construction issues and conflicts promptly to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material/equipment logs.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses and track costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **Schedule Adherence**: Ensure construction activities are completed on schedule, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.
- **Training and Development**: Provide guidance and training to construction teams to improve skills and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
- Certification in construction management or relevant field is a plus.
- OSHA certification preferred.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or degree in construction management or related field is desirable.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve physical labor and exposure to hazards typical of construction sites.
- Flexible hours may be required to accommodate project needs, including evenings and weekends.
