Job Responsibilities:

- Leading Project for AI like Video,Audio & General Transcriptions
- Manage Vendor & doing vendor management
- Making and monitoring for production analysis to help planning of entire Production Team.
- Weekly score card and production report to be sent to top management and team leaders.
- Prepare report through “Tableau Analytics “software also.
- Responsible for all the quality controls checking of production department.
- Reporting and meeting with my colleagues and team leaders once in a week.
- Identifying root cause analysis and submit to the management for further improvement of the performance of the production team.
- Monitoring a setup for the new client performance by production and QA team.
- If Production Team required, some data to Reduce Error % then give to him.
- Leading junior employees in team & help him to solve their problems.

**Experience Required**:

- 3 to 5 years

**Required**:
MQPM (Msc.QPM) with specialization in Lean six sigma black belt
