**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Outreach**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for business and personal loans.
- Utilize scripts to introduce loan products and services

**Client Needs Assessment**:

- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and assess eligibility for loan products.
- Provide detailed information about loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.

**Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.

**Database Management**:

- Maintain an updated database of client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent: a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in telecalling, preferably in the financial services sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to close sales.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
