- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through cold calling, database management, and follow-up calls to convert prospects into customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization by effectively closing sales deals and upselling additional services or packages.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest offerings, packages, and promotions of the hospitality industry to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Generate reports on sales performance, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with sales teams, marketing departments, and other relevant departments to align strategies, share feedback, and optimize sales processes.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company policies, sales scripts, and compliance regulations during sales interactions to ensure ethical and legal standards are met.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Seek feedback from customers and supervisors, participate in training sessions, and update skills to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
