**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, shoot, and produce 45-50 short-form videos per month using a mobile device.
- Ensure all videos meet platform-specific requirements (aspect ratio, duration, etc.).
- Capture high-quality video footage using advanced mobile videography techniques (e.g., stabilization, lighting, angles).
- Experiment with diverse filming styles and trends to keep the content fresh and engaging.
- Edit videos directly on mobile devices or transfer them for further refinement using software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
- Monitor trends, challenges, and hashtags across social media platforms to create relevant and timely content.
- Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently to deliver a consistent flow of content.
- Maintain an organized workflow for planning, shooting, editing, and posting.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in mobile videography, especially for social media content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and video performance metrics.
- Proficiency in mobile editing apps (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
