**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic **technical knowledge of computers**:

- Excellent **professional communication** in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Polite, presentable & responsible attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle front desk inquiries and walk-ins
- Manage calls, follow-ups, and appointments
- Support day-to-day administrative and data tasks
- Assist with student and customer queries

**Qualification**: Graduate (preferred with IT/computer background)
