**Job Title: Female Hostel Warden**

**Location**: Satyam Shivam Sundaram Group of Institutions, Gaurichak, Patna
**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a responsible and disciplined **Hostel Warden** to manage and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the hostel. The warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring student welfare, providing a safe and clean living environment, and supervising hostel activities in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise hostel premises and ensure safety and security of all students.
- Maintain discipline, order, and proper conduct among hostel residents.
- Monitor student attendance, daily routines, and movements in and out of the hostel.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within hostel rooms, corridors, dining areas, and washrooms.
- Coordinate with mess staff for timely and quality food arrangements.
- Maintain records of hostel occupancy, student details, and disciplinary actions.
- Handle complaints and grievances of hostel residents and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Report to the Principal/Administration on hostel-related issues.
- Ensure implementation of hostel rules and regulations strictly.
- Monitor electricity, water usage, and prevent misuse of resources.
- Act as a guardian to hostel students, ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Hostel Warden or in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and authority.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and maintain calm under pressure.
- Should be available in the hostel premises round the clock.
