**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and flyers.
- Design and update marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design solutions that meet business objectives.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Work with raw footage to create engaging video content, including adding effects, transitions, music, and voiceovers.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand's visual identity and storytelling guidelines.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design and edit visual content for multimedia presentations and promotional videos.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and video editing techniques to produce innovative and engaging content.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure all design and video content adheres to Saaiesh Group's brand guidelines and standards.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand's visual style.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design and video projects.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with strong video editing skills.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and video editing software; strong creative and visual design skills; excellent attention to detail.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is required.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Location**: Based at Saaiesh Group office with the possibility of remote work as needed.
- **Availability**: Must be available for occasional after-hours work to meet project deadlines.
