As a **Digital Marketing Specialist** at **Clout Business Network Ltd**, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various platforms to **drive growth, increase brand visibility, and improve customer engagement**.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
**1. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)**:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for better search rankings.
- On-page SEO: Optimise content, meta tags, images, and internal linking to improve organic visibility.
- Off-page SEO: Manage backlinking campaigns and ensure quality link-building strategies.
- Regularly monitor and analyze website performance and prepare SEO reports.
**2. Google Ads (Paid Advertising)**:
- Develop, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, adjust bids, ad copy, and targeting strategies to achieve the best ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and ads to improve ad performance.
**3. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)**:
- Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platform ad campaigns.
- Optimize ads for engagement, conversions, and reach.
- Monitor and analyse Meta ads performance and make necessary adjustments.
**4. Social Media Marketing (SMM)**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor audience interactions, track engagement, and respond to queries.
**5. Video Editing & Content Creation**:
- Design and edit promotional, educational, and social media videos using **Adobe Premiere Pro**.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality video content.
- Ensure videos are optimized for SEO, YouTube, and social sharing.
**6. Website Development**:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website.
- Ensure website design is user-friendly, responsive, and SEO-optimised.
- Work with the web development team to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
**7. Design & Branding**:
- Create visually appealing graphics using **Adobe Photoshop** for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all design assets.
**8. Analytics and Reporting**:
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to track campaign performance and KPIs.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Requirements**:_
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in digital marketing with demonstrated skills in **video editing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, website development, graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro**.
- **Education**: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
