Machinist Grinder

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate grinding machines to grind external or internal cylindrical or tapered surfaces of workpieces to specified dimensions and finish.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine grinding specifications.
- Select and mount grinding wheels on machines according to specifications.
- Adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as grinding speed, feed rates, and coolant flow.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure workpieces meet quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect and measure finished workpieces to verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operation, such as malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
