**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote services and convert leads into clients.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
- Execute effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities, feedback, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in telephonic sales** (90% of the role involves phone-based communication).
- **Proficiency in English (mandatory)** - both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record in customer relations or sales roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or within a team.
