**Interview Levels: 2 Level of Internal Interview + 1 Level of End client Interview**

Position Details:
What you will do:
Defining a reproducible, scalable microservice development practice
Implementing best practices for how to design system architecture to handle enterprise level traffic
Improving the reliability & performance across all our services
Improving our deployment to move more effectively
Gaining better insight into errors and performance issues

Qualifications:
Have at least 3+ years of experience in Node.js, MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
Have a strong understanding of NodeJS, Jest, Mocha, Rest, Graph SQL, Express
Have experience with modern JavaScript coding, open source ecosystem, and development practices
Have a passion for providing the best customer experience, and is comfortable optimizing for accessibility and performance
Are comfortable working in an environment based on Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles
Take initiative to mentor engineers, and collaborate with others in order to find solutions to the team's problem
