**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings using **Solid Edge**:

- Develop designs for machinery, mechanical parts, and sheet-metal components
- Work closely with the production and engineering teams to finalize designs
- Modify and update existing drawings as per client or production requirements
- Ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness in designs
- Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions
- Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to meet project deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Solid Edge (3D & 2D design)**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of sheet-metal, fabrication, and machine design
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and client requirements
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design (Freshers with Solid Edge skills may also apply)
- Experience in pharmaceutical / packaging machinery design will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of other CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus
