**Customer Support Executive**

Location**:Ernakulam**

**Salary**: 14,000 - 18,000 INR (Monthly)

Languages: English, **Hindi (mandatory),**

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Based on assigned process)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including rotational shifts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate solutions to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels of communication.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
- Gather feedback from customers and proactively recommend additional services.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain records.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets consistently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
