As a Listing Executive, you will work closely with property owners, agents, and the marketing team to ensure accurate listing data is recorded and updated across multiple platforms. You will also assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, client communication, and market research. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Listing Management:
Input and maintain accurate data for new and existing property listings, ensuring all relevant details (pricing, features, amenities, etc.) are recorded correctly.

Update property details on multiple platforms such as MLS, company websites, and third-party listing sites.

Regularly audit listings for consistency and accuracy across all platforms.

Ensure that property descriptions, photos, and key details are formatted correctly and are easily accessible for internal teams and clients.

Perform routine data updates to keep all records current, including price adjustments, status changes, and other key details.

2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, agents, and clients during the listing process.

Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates, manage inquiries, and ensure listings are moving through the process smoothly.

Assist clients with documentation, address concerns, and respond to their inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Marketing and Advertising Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and timely listing information is shared for promotional materials, ads, and digital campaigns.

Create and maintain listing descriptions, ensuring they are both accurate and appealing for prospective buyers.

Assist with online advertising and promotion of listings, ensuring all relevant platforms are updated with the most current property information.

Monitor the effectiveness of listings and adjust marketing strategies based on performance metrics.

4. Administrative and Operational Support:
Handle administrative tasks related to the listing process, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating property viewings.

Provide data entry support for sales and operations teams, ensuring that all property information is accurately captured and stored.

Organize and maintain electronic records for listings, property transactions, and client communications.

5. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to track property trends, competitor listings, and buyer preferences.

Assist with data collection to help inform pricing strategies, marketing efforts, and market positioning.

Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to help improve property listings and marketing campaigns.

6. Work From Home Flexibility:

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of [X] years of experience in real estate, administrative support, or data entry roles.

Experience in data entry, property management software, and CRM tools is highly desirable.

Familiarity with MLS systems and online listing platforms is a plus.

Prior experience with remote work is beneficial.

Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to input and manage large volumes of data with accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with real estate software (MLS, CRM systems).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complex data in a fast-paced environment.
