**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Own the Data Migration Process:

- Work with clients to ensure successful migration of data into our software
- Troubleshoot and provide support to clients during the data migration process
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure data migration is carried out efficiently and effectively.

CRM Database Management:

- Perform a comprehensive analysis of our CRM module to identify and address data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data entry errors, process inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within the CRM module.

Work on Ticket Resolutions: (In relation to data migration)
- Resolve client tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Conduct Onboarding Sessions: (Sessions based on data migration)
- Conduct the initial migration discussions with a client to gather requirements for the project, project scope & timelines.
- Conduct online training sessions for clients to ensure they are able to use our software effectively
- Work with clients to identify areas where they need additional support.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Excel is a crucial requirement for the data migration role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads while still ensuring high standards and meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills, ability to understand various dialects and accents in English to communicate effectively with clients based across the UK. (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree with understanding of accounting and finance functions
- 1+ years of experience in a data driven role (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with internal departments such as Tech, Compliance & Support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and technical skills and ability to work with large data sets
