Finance Controller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Financial Control**:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts, taxation, budgeting, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and cash flow planning.
- Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and audits.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

**Cost Optimization**:

- Analyze production cost structures (material, labor, overhead) and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement standard costing and variance analysis across departments.
- Conduct regular cost audits and process reviews.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and production teams to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
- Evaluate supplier cost trends and support negotiation strategies.

**Strategic & Analytical**:

- Support management in strategic planning with financial data and feasibility analysis.
- Develop KPI dashboards and cost-performance reports.
- Forecast financial trends and risk assessment for capital investments or expansions.
- Identify and implement ERP or financial automation tools for efficiency.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- CA / CMA / MBA in Finance
- 5-12 years of experience in financial management (preferably in manufacturing/engineering sector)
- Strong command over costing techniques, budgeting tools, and financial modelling
- Advanced Excel, analytical thinking, and MIS reporting skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive cost-reduction culture in the organization

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
