**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and enhance images using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and resizing to improve image quality and achieve the desired look.
- Retouch images to remove imperfections, smooth skin, adjust lighting, and enhance details for professional results.
- Create composites by combining multiple images, graphics, and elements to deliver high-quality, polished visuals.
- Ensure consistency in image style and quality across all projects, adhering to brand guidelines or client specifications.
- Optimize images for web, social media, print, and other digital platforms, ensuring they are appropriately sized and formatted.
- Review and revise images based on feedback from clients or team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest image editing trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve workflow and results.
- Manage and organize digital assets efficiently for easy access and retrieval.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Image Editor, Photographer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in image editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality in visual composition, color, and lighting.
- Experience with photo retouching, compositing, and enhancing images for various platforms.
- Familiarity with image optimization techniques for web and social media use.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with other creative tools like Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or InDesign is advantageous.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
