**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic **Intern Designer** to join our team and contribute to shaping visually stunning and impactful designs for Skillmate.ai. As an Intern Designer, you will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce innovative and engaging designs across multiple platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging visuals for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
- Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, infographics, and ad creatives.
- Assist in developing wireframes and mockups for website pages and user interfaces.
- Support branding efforts by designing logos, icons, and other brand elements.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
- Manage design tasks, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality output.

**Key Requirements**:

- No Degree required.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work (academic or freelance projects are acceptable).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
- Familiarity with social media design trends and digital marketing concepts.
- Communication skills as far as required for the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and tools like After Effects or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles. Tools like Figma/Draw.io
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Sketch, or CorelDRAW.
- Understanding of design requirements for different platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
