As a Social Media Expert at Our Organisation, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand's online presence and engaging with our target audience.

As a Social Media Expert in our ed-tech startup, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online visibility, engage with our community, and drive user acquisition and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company's objectives, including brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention.

**Content Creation**: Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, that resonates with our target audience.

**Platform Management**: Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

**Community Engagement**: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and supportive online environment.

**Campaign Planning**: Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to promote our products, services, and events.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.

**Social Advertising**: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target audiences and achieve conversion goals.

**Influencer Collaboration**: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partners in the ed-tech and education space to expand our reach and credibility.

**Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.

**Content Calendar**: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely content delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- **At Least 2 Years of Experience in Social Media Marketing**:

- **Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education or ed-tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
- A passion for education and technology is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
