Tele Caller Executive

**Job Title**: Telecaller - Education Counseling

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about available courses, universities, and education fairs.
- Follow up with leads generated through online platforms, advertisements, or walk-ins.
- Understand students' academic interests and schedule counseling sessions with the Academic Counselor.
- Maintain and update daily call logs and lead status in CRM.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to basic queries about courses, institutions, and admission processes.
- Work closely with the counseling team to support conversions and registrations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers can apply).
- Good verbal communication skills in **Hindi and basic English**.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and mobile handling.
- Confidence in speaking over the phone and handling objections politely.
- Target-oriented attitude with the ability to follow instructions.
