We are seeking a motivated and compassionate **Associate Teacher** to support the lead teacher in delivering high-quality classroom instruction and ensuring the overall development of students. The associate teacher plays a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and helping with academic, emotional, and behavioral support in the classroom.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering daily lessons and activities
- Provide individual and small-group support to students who need additional help
- Help manage the classroom, ensuring safety, discipline, and engagement
- Support the preparation of teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom displays
- Supervise students during transitions, lunchtime, field trips, and outdoor activities
- Maintain student records, assist in grading assignments, and track progress
- Communicate effectively with students and staff, and occasionally with parents under guidance
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
- Step in to lead the class when the main teacher is absent, if required

**Required Qualifications**:

- Teaching certification/diploma (D.Ed., B.Ed., or equivalent preferred)
- 0-2 years of classroom or teaching experience
- Fluency in English and/or the medium of instruction
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, student-first approach

**Desirable Skills**:

- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey
- Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Ability to collaborate with teachers and school staff effectively
- Basic computer skills and comfort with digital teaching tools
- Willingness to learn and grow within a teaching team

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
