- **In Depth understanding in** working of Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Profiles, Roles, and Page**
- **Must have experience & technical understanding (data model & processes) on ServiceMax implementation,** developing Apex Classes, Triggers, writing Workflows, Approval Process, and process Builder.**:

- **Must have SERVICEMAX CORE ADMINISTRATOR certification.**:

- Experience on designing and implementing organization wide Data Management by

securing and sharing data access.
- Good Exposure and ability to work on change sets, Data loader.
- Experienced in ServiceMax User Management, Profile configuration, Organization Wide

& Group Wide Settings.
- Experienced in loading master data like Service Teams, Skills, Associating Expertise.
- Strong experience in customization like Dispatch Console Configuration, DC Field update,
- SFM Wizards, SFM Transactions, SFM Custom Actions.
- Strong experience in Generating Service Reports and Service Quotes.
- Understanding of best practices for integration and in-house systems
- Strong knowledge & experience in using code repositories & code deployment tools.
- Experience in working with AGILE and SCRUM
