**Job Summary**:
A Café Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth café operation. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality to create a welcoming environment for customers.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Order Taking**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure prompt and friendly service while maintaining a positive attitude.

**2. Food & Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages following café standards.
- Assist in preparing light snacks, sandwiches, and baked goods as per menu requirements.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and drinks.

**3. Cleanliness & Café Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Restock supplies and ensure the café is well-organized.

**4. Cash Handling & Transactions**:

- Handle payments, issue receipts, and provide correct change.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and cash register operations.
- Assist in daily cash balancing and reporting.

**5. Teamwork & Operations Support**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.
- Follow café policies, including hygiene and safety regulations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or food service is a plus but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Barista training or coffee-making experience.
- Experience in cash handling and POS systems.
- Passion for food, coffee, and hospitality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
