**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Sales Support**:_Assist the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating meetings.
- _**Order Management**:_Process customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- _**Customer Communication**:_ Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any issues or complaints efficiently.
- _**Data Management**:_Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and inventory data.
- _**Collaboration**:_Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- _**Promotional Activities**:_Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to boost sales.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Experience**:Minimum of 1 year in a sales support or administrative role.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam is advantageous.

**Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Problem-Solving**:Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly.
