IT Technician

**An IT Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems, networks, and other technological devices within an organization. Their role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of an organization's IT infrastructure.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Technical Support**

Provide assistance to employees or clients regarding hardware and software issues.

**2. Network Management**

Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).

Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.

**3. System Maintenance**

Conduct regular system updates, data backups, and overall maintenance.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions.

**4. Security Management**

Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against malware, viruses, and unauthorized access.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

**5. Documentation**

Maintain records of system configurations, maintenance, and repairs.

Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
