One of our client company which is group of companies -whose Corporate office is based based in Seepz, Andheri East is looking out for Learning & Development Executive - HR for thier office:
Position: L&D Executive

Educational Qualification: Graduates/ Post Graduate (HR specialization preferred)

Experience : 3-5 years in handling L&D profile.

CTC: 3.50 - 4.00 Lakh PA
- Be responsible for the Blue collar and white collar Technical as well as Behavioral training.
- Should be conversant with the training need assessment tools & technics.
- Prepare an annual training plan, and calendar and monitor progress.
- Prepare annual budget for training and monitor usage.
- Should identify trainers for empaneling.
- Work on target of Training hours/employee.
- Should be capable to handle up-skilling project under the guidance of V.P. HR.

Other attributes
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Good Communication skills.
- Flair for training and education.
- Proactive. Self-starter, and result-oriented.

Location : SEEPZ-SEZ, Andheri (east).

Working Days : 6 days working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri -East, Mumbai - 400096, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
