**Position**: Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labor involved.
- Work on value engineering and life cycle costing to reduce costs and improve value for money.
- Manage and administer the contracts and agreements with the parties involved in the construction project.
- Identify potential financial or construction risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
- Manage and evaluate claims related to extensions of time, loss and expense, and ensure they are in accordance with the contract.
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
- Coordinate and liaise with construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
- Regularly update on the financial status of projects, prepare and present detailed reports on project progress and budgets.

RequirementsEssential Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Professional accreditation from a recognized institution (e.g., RICS or equivalent).

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
