**Urgent opening for US Process for Andheri East (Chakala location)**

It will be a 100% calling process.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (SKA): 1)Excellent English understanding skills and communication skills 2)Typing speed of 30 40 wpm 3)Ability to work under pressure 4)Perform Multitasking 5)Excel knowledge 6)Successfully organize and prioritize tasks to ensure activities are completed on time 7)Communicate, both written and verbal, with external parties to collect information 8)Strict adherence to proprietary and confidential information 9)Ability to analyze, interpret and draw inferences from research findings 10)Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments 11)Preferred would be someone who had worked on US Voice Processes; but not mandatory.

Education: Graduate in any discipline / Undergraduates Experience: 12 months / Freshers Preferred

Shift timings: 7pm to 4am & 6pm to 3am (It is for US shift so must be flexible for night shift) (Drop Facilities available)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
