Netsterz Infotech is currently seeking a talented and motivated Web Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Web Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate designer to grow and expand their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Skills and Requirements-**

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous web design projects.

4. Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and user experience (UX) principles.

5. Familiarity with HTML ,CSS, JavaScript, Jquery and basics of WordPress is a plus.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
