**Functional Parameters**:Design Creation**: Create original and trend-forward jewellery designs for silver collections. Work with both traditional and modern design techniques, using hand sketches, computer-aided design (CAD), and 3D rendering software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, or Jewel CAD). Develop mood boards, color palettes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Adapt designs to production capabilities, considering aspects like material costs, manufacturing processes, and assembly requirements. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and adjust designs based on technical feedback. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure designs resonate with target customers and fit into the product strategy. Provide technical support and guidance during the prototyping and manufacturing stages to ensure that the designs are executed to the highest standard. **Prototyping and Sample Development**: Oversee the development of prototypes and samples, ensuring accuracy in the translation of design to physical product. Refine and adjust prototypes based on feedback from stakeholders. Ensure that the final pieces meet the required aesthetic, functional, and quality standards. **Material & Trend Research**: Research new trends, materials, and techniques in the silver jewellery market to keep designs fresh and relevant. Identify and select suitable silver materials, stones, and finishes that align with design concepts and brand identity. Evaluate market demands and consumer preferences to guide design choices. **Quality Control**: Ensure that all designs meet the company’s high-quality standards and are durable and comfortable to wear. Conduct quality checks at various stages of the production process to prevent defects. **Customer Interaction**: Present design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders when needed. Adapt designs based on client feedback, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of the
