**Reports To**: Senior Skin Specialist / Centre Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct professional **skin analysis and consultations** to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform a variety of **skin care services** such as facials, peels, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced cosmetic treatments.
- Operate and maintain **skin treatment equipment and machines** with proper hygiene and safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of **latest skin care trends, products, and techniques**.
- Educate clients on **skin care routines, products, and post-treatment care**.
- Maintain **accurate treatment records** and update client profiles.
- Ensure **cleanliness and sanitation** of work area as per company and industry standards.
- Upsell services and products to enhance client experience and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a **seamless client journey**.
- Adhere strictly to **company policies and protocols**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Certification** in Skin Care, Cosmetology, or related field from a recognized institute.
- **1-3 years of experience** as a skin technician or aesthetician in a wellness center or dermatology clinic.
- Knowledge of **skin anatomy, common skin concerns, and advanced treatment methods**.
- Experience with skin treatment machines such as **laser devices, microdermabrasion, and RF machines** is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and **customer service skills**.
- Professional, well-groomed, and client-centric attitude.
- Ability to **maintain confidentiality** and build trust with clients.
- Willingness to **work flexible hours**, including weekends and holidays if required.
