**Summary of the Role**

The incumbent will assist Maintenance Planner for daily planning and scheduling jobs of maintenance function. He will update relevant data in the system before and after execution of jobs. He will ensure all work orders are scheduled and closed within the stipulated time or schedule. He will work closely with Maintenance planner and other team members.

**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:

- SAP work order scheduling in consultation with maintenance planner.
- Generation of engineering stores material request as per work order requirement.
- SAP work order technical data (PM findings) updating in the system after completion of job.
- Work order cost along with invoice detail update in the system.
- Maintenance report generation

**REQUIREMENTS (education, experience and competencies**

7-9 years in maintenance function.

Working knowledge and exposure to maintenance function comprising Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation; Preventive and predictive maintenance planning, and scheduling.
