We’re seeking a future team member for the role of **Associate II **to join our **Compensation Advisory team **. This role is located in **Pune - HYBRID.**

The Corporate Compensation group develops, drives and manages compensation strategy and infrastructure to include delivery, reporting, policy, analytics, systems, operations, data management and market intelligence. This role, reporting into the head of market intelligence, will be responsible for supporting the team with the delivery of compensation market intelligence analytics and survey submissions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Collect competitive market pay and performance data through compensation surveys, prepare survey submissions leveraging benchmarking software.
- Supporting the delivery of compensation survey submissions to external vendors.
- Maintaining and updating internal data and external benchmarks in the company’s compensation benchmarking system.
- Partner with the business compensation analysts on the delivery of ad hoc benchmarking analyses.
- Conduct compensation modeling and analysis.
- Support the annual salary range review and salary increase budgeting process.
- Study market trends; collaborate with team to present findings and recommendations.

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 4-6 years of total work experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of Compensation and HR preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to create dynamic formulas)
- HR System experience (Oracle HCM) preferred.
- Experience with compensation surveys preferred.
- Ability to maintain discretion with extremely confidential information.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships compensation team members.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
