Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Meet or exceed customer service quality standards

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

**Requirements**:
Minimum HSC/Graduate

Excellent communication skills in English

Proficient in handling various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Typing speed of 30 WPS with 90% accuracy

Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

Operation Round

Clients Round

Typing Test (30WPS, Accuracy 90)

**Salary**: Up to 24k depending on experience

Transport Boundaries:
Ghatkopar till Ambernath

Panvel till Chembur

Panvel till Thane

Note:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
