General structure for customer complain handling, tracking
and plan for communication and improvement as per global
/ local guidelines, systems and requirements.
- Maintain and anlysed the data related to the complain and
production batches for effective root cause analysis after
receiving the complains.
- Take proactive steps to implement and improve the existing
system after root cause analysis of particular complain and
also from global quality review meetings.
- Get acquainted with global softwares and system to monitor
customer complain KPI and its data.
- Track Delivery performance and complaint data like OTIF
shipped (on time in full shipped), CCR (Customer Complaint
Rate), IDR (Internal Deviation Rate) and Average open
leadtime for Sayakha and update the same on periodical
basis.
- Develop documentation system for retrivable and legible
data for the management system.
- Lead for management system implementation, audit and
awareness among all department and staffs.
- Track outcome of any internal / external audits related to
the customer satisfaction or management system and share
the action item and track for closing with all individual
department.
- Develop activity calendar for customer complain and
management system on periodical basis and follow and
amend the same as an when required.
- Follow any additional assignment or jobs from HSEQ
manager.
- Prepare SOP, Checklist, Manuals, Training modules and
guidelines for effective management of day to day activities.
