**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who thrives on numbers, strategy, and execution. You will plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google & Meta) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our diverse portfolio of clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
- Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Collaborate with content, creative, and SEO teams to align performance goals
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend
- Stay updated on the latest platform updates, tools, and performance marketing trends

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years** of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (PPC, Social Media Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion funnels
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus

**IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
