- Execute the detail engineering activities regarding I&C, leading I&C team independantly for projects, Guiding team members for technical matters, managing man power and man hour of the project.

**Key Skills Required**:
**Activities to be Performed**:
The engineer will do the following activities - a) Preparation of concept note (Instrument designbasis), checking of same document prepared by others.
- b) Preparation of Specification, Tender Evaluation, Vendor drawing review of Field Instruments and Checking / approving of same documents prepared / checked by others.
- c) Preparation of Instrument Index, IO list and checking /approving the same documents prepared by others.
- d) Sizing calculation of Control Valve, Orifice plate in CONVAL / Instrucal software.
- e) Preparation, checking and approving of drawings and documents for field design engineering ( like Instrument location layout, Cable tray and JB location layout; Cable, Junction box & Airmanifold schedule, cable termination document etc.).
- f) Interaction with Client, vendor, Other disciplines and co-ordination within own team.
- g) Operating experience of Intools / AVEVA, 3D model review is preferred.
- h) Guidence to the team for preparation of above documents / drawings.
- I) Preparation and checking of DCS/ ESD / PLC specification, Technical evaluation and vendor drawing review.
- j) Planning and scheduling for team activities as per project requirement.Distribution ofwork schedule within team.
- k) Cost estimation for the I&C part os the project.
- l) I&C effort estimation for new proposals.
