**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems and opportunities that can be addressed through data analysis, machine learning, and RPA.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, including retail and e-commerce platforms, to prepare it for analysis.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to solve specific business problems in the retail and e-commerce domain, such as demand forecasting, pricing optimization, inventory management, and customer segmentation.
- Implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes, such as data entry, order processing, and customer support.
- Evaluate the performance of models, algorithms, and RPA solutions using appropriate metrics and iterate on them to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through data visualization, reports, and presentations, and collaborate with them to implement data-driven solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and proficiency in using libraries and frameworks for data manipulation, analysis, machine learning, and RPA (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, UiPath).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, clustering, and classification, and experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) and techniques for presenting complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience working with retail and e-commerce data, including transactional data, customer data, and product data.
- Experience designing and implementing RPA solutions using RPA tools and platforms, such as UiPath, Automation anywhere.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
