**Job Title**: Mother Teacher ( Only Females)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities in English, Math, and EVS.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Observe and evaluate student performance and development on a continuous basis.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and the academic coordinator to ensure curriculum effectiveness.
- Maintain open communication with parents to provide feedback on students’ progress and well-being.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment using innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children in the classroom.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Graduate with B.Ed. or D.Ed., preferably with specialization in early childhood or primary education.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early years or primary grades in a CBSE/ICSE/IB school.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools used for teaching and assessments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
